Processors we use: Twilio (voice & SMS), Resend (email delivery), ElevenLabs (AI voice synthesis), and Anthropic (AI language processing). These providers process data only to perform services for us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive appointment confirmation messages, scheduling reminders, and related service notifications.
By providing your phone number when requesting a service, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointment, including confirmation requests and status updates.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP.
We use your information to:
Automated / AI processing. Your messages and call audio are processed by artificial intelligence to understand your request and generate responses. You may be interacting with an automated assistant, and voice responses may use a synthetic voice. We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models beyond what is necessary to deliver your request.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to send you appointment-related messages from the home services business you contacted. It is never shared with other businesses, advertisers, or data brokers.
